About the Artist
Sarah Carpenter is a Louisiana native artist predominantly working with oil on canvas. She received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from LSU and studied art in Europe and California. After living in California for 15 years, she was drawn back to her Louisiana roots and now resides on the Northshore. Her works include tranquil landscapes, ambiguous forms in nature, and culinary still lifes. Sarah finds beauty and connection intrinsic to her inspiration in her artwork.
